Landowners and Brokers — Submit a Land Opportunity to Covenant Estates
Land Acquisition
Landowners & Brokers
We acquire private acreage in Florida through direct relationships — quietly, quickly, and with respect for the land and the people who have held it.
For Landowners
If you own private acreage in Florida, we'd like to know about it.
Most of the land we acquire never reaches the open market. It comes to us through introductions — from landowners who want a serious buyer, a quiet process, and a fair outcome.
If you're considering a sale — now or in the future — submitting your parcel takes five minutes and carries no obligation. We'll review it against our current criteria and reach out if there's a fit.
We Buy Quietly
Covenant Estates acquires land through direct relationships, not public listings. If you want to explore a sale without putting your property on the market, we are a natural first call.
We Know What We Want
We are not speculative buyers. We have specific criteria — acreage, topography, access, region — and we move quickly when a parcel meets them. No wasted time on either side.
We Close
Our acquisitions are funded by qualified families with long-term holding intent. We do not rely on financing contingencies or third-party approvals that create uncertainty for sellers.
We Respect the Land
The families we work with are stewards, not developers in the conventional sense. If your land has been in your family or has character worth preserving, it will be treated accordingly.

For Brokers & Agents
We work with a select group of land brokers who bring us opportunities before they reach the market.
Referral Relationships
We work with a select group of land brokers who understand our criteria and bring us qualified opportunities before they reach the open market. If you represent sellers of private acreage in our target regions, we want to hear from you.
Buyer Representation
In some cases we work with brokers representing our client families in land searches. If you have off-market acreage that fits our criteria, a direct introduction is the fastest path to a conversation.
Commission Structure
We honor standard commission structures and pay promptly at close. We do not renegotiate fees after a relationship is established. Our reputation with brokers matters to us.
